Downsizing a home filled with decades of accumulation is a daunting project. Our tried and trusted systems can make this process easy and efficient. We can help with any or all of the following parts of the downsizing process:
- Sorting all items and getting the client’s input on whether they will be packed now, packed later, disposed of, donated, sold, stored or shipped elsewhere. Our organizers are patient and compassionate.
- Professionally packing all items to be moved
Arranging:
-Donations to be taken to local donation centers.
- Certain items to be purchased or sold by local resellers or consignment stores
- A Maxsold or on-site estate sale (if feasible)
- Disposal of trash
- Reliable and reasonable local services such as house and cleaning, carpet cleaning, landscaping, etc. to get the house looking good for photography
- Putting things in storage
- Shipping items to other parties
If you don’t live locally but are responsible for the downsizing/cleanout of a home, we will be your “boots on the ground” and will perform services such as:
- Returning cable boxes and medical equipment
- Selling cars or boats
You’ll have a dedicated project manager who will see your project through to the end.
