How many of us can relate to a basement like the one below? An unorganized storage area for holiday decorations, kitchen overflow and other miscellaneous items. This client needed an organizational system that would allow her to be able to use her basement more efficiently and access everything she needed with ease.
Lead Organizer, Debby, began by sorting everything into piles. This process allows us and the client to get a bigger picture of what they actually have. In this case, it was mostly Christmas decorations and kitchen and pantry overflow. Once everything was sorted, the client had the option to keep, donate or trash any item.
The client provided us with plastic bins and we provided plastic shelving, Christmas ornament storage and wrapping paper storage. It is unbelievable how different this basement looked when Debby was done, what a transformation! Not only does it look amazing, but it will be much easier for the client to maintain the organization because there is a system in place.
